Refund policy

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

For quality assurance, operational and accounting reasons we require a written and valid reason to initiate and complete refund. We may therefore ask for an electronic (mobile phone) picture to be sent to our office email. This will allow us to investigate any issues. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet then please contact us through our contact form on our CONTACT PAGE or anne@smoothfreshbrew.com .

Shipping

Due to the nature of tea and coffee (a food product) we cannot accept returns. In which case, the product should be discarded. If there is a fault with the product, you can decide if the product should be re-shipped or refunded.
