We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality coffee. We roast our coffee just before shipping it to you, even if it’s only one coffee packet ordered to maximize freshness, quality and a delicious taste.

Our warehouse typically ships an item within five days of receiving an order to any location in the United States. Currently, Smooth Fresh Brew ships to the United States only.

As soon as your products ships, you will receive tracking information to keep tabs on your order. You can also scan a QR code within your order confirmation email. The QR code directs you to the ‘SHOP’ (mobile phone and web) app for very detailed tracking your order.
